    300x Supercharger pulley removal

I need to replace my s/c pulley due to corrosion. I have removed all 6 bolts holding the pulley as the service manual states, but the pulley won't budge. Do I need a gear puller for this? Or should the pulley just come off? Any tips or information is greatly appreciated.

should come right off, i bet you have some corrosion around the hub it slides onto, spray some WD or PB blaster on it and let it soak.

you were right, a bit of PB and a 3 jaw puller popped it right off. Thank you.

Agreed. But what if it happened at 5 hours? Maintenance not really to blame then.

What that would mean is he has clocked up 5hrs, used it got the engine sprayed with salt water during his day out, not bothered rinsing flushing spraying and locked it up for the winter and thats how you destroy any water toy. Corrosion only takes 24hrs to occur if you dont bother maintaining your ski and its all downhill from there.

I seriously hope you're not suggesting I spray lanotec or fluid film on the sc pulley. However, I did remove the belt cover, thanks.
