    32:1 or 40:1 all the time?

    Running my '93 sl 650 at 32:1 for break in after rebuilt engine! Have another 8 hours to go After that, I'd planned on going to 40:1, but is there any advantage to staying at the 32:1? Obviously, it saves on oil costs, but does the extra oil help the engine more if money is not the motivating factor?

    Nope, not in my opinion. 40:1 should be plenty of lube, that is what the factory pump it injecting at wide open so polaris thought so too.
