et 137 seems to be whistling alot louder after 15 hours of use than before?

so got about 15 hours on my ET137 black wheel. had the ski out friday and i dont remember it whistling out my kaniflex as loud as it did saturday. even my GF says that it sounds louder. ski is running perfect and my rpms are between 7980 to 8060 wot.

Im gonna pull the charger n check the slip again, i know it was at 14.5 or 15 lbs when i pulled it at the 5 hours.

is it normal for these things to whistle louder ? or is this a sign that something is wrong? or am i just being over paranoid? lol

I don't think slip is the problem, I would pull the front xover and see if the wheel has been touching the housing. You'd see it on the blade tips.

adam bomb, thats what mine sounds like. i just for some reason thought that it was a little quieter before. my cousin says it sounds the same as always. idk. i will pull it and inspect it. the ski runs 100% the same as the day before, if anything the ski felt stronger the day i noticed it sounded louder.

I had a new stock one get louder after about 15hrs, it turned out to be the flywheel gears were slowly bending after the last charger seized a bearing. The flywheel looked perfect when I put the new charger in it.
I now even suggest a replacement flywheel if it's had a hard seized charger.
