Code PO337, what the eff? Help

So I'm out crushing today on my 2006 RXP, and the check engine light comes on and it dies. I try to restart it, and it throws up the code PO337, I looked up the code and to me it's vague at best, I did check the ECU pins, and shot them with electric contact cleaner, but that didn't help. It says to check pins A5 and A19. What does that tell me? It also says damaged circuit wires? Damaged sensor, or damaged tooth wheel? The bailer balls were stuck, so it did fill up with more water than usual, but I don't think that would effect it though? It also has a Riva ECU, .
    thanks allot!

Damaged sensor, damaged circuit wires, damaged connector, damaged ECM pins or damaged tooth wheel.

Check for 190 to 290 ohms between terminals A-5 and A-19 of ECM connector.
Check for 2 volts AC while crancking the engine.

I read that, but what does that tell me?

It tells you if the CPS is bad, or the wiring is bad.

No crank position sensor detected but cam position detected. So either you have a bad sensor/wiring or your cam chain broke.

It cranks over fine, and it doesnt appear to sound different, my son said it threw that code out once on him, is the sensor located in the bottom of the block? I'm wondering if it got soaked when the hull filled up with water from the bailer check valve balls stuck forward? It had quite allot of water in it.

Depending on year 02-05 its internal and 06+ its external just below the SC on the bottom of the PTO.

It's a 06, and I remember seeing something down there, when I installed the 2Rude. The engine is a new 09 Sea Doo long block, as the first one took a crap, from the Riva Gen 1 IC, coming apart, and hydro locking caused a massive engine failure.

Make sure you drain the oil before removing it.

Once you have the code issue fixed, replace both drain plug assemblies, I had that sticking ball issue on my 07 RXT, that was the only way to fix it.
