Mouse Nest in my RXP Supercharger

Hello everyone, Im not a wrench guy so I don't know much.... I put my 06 RXP in the water last week for the first time this year.... It has 50 hrs on it. I got it brand new.. I could only get 30-35 mph. I thought it was in limp mode at first but I could tell it wasn't. I heard the stories about the supercharger and thought I would check it out. I pulled the hose off the front of it to see if I could spin it by hand and what I found was a big mouse nest sucked right up to it... I cleaned it all up.. So my questions are.. Is it safe to put back in the water?, Should I take the Supercharger right off?
Did this do andy damage to my engine? Any help would be wonderful... Thank you

That needs a full teardown inspection.

call your insurance company and see if they can help. Chances are good that most of it is stuck in the Intercooler/Super charger and the flame arrestor in the intake. If it got to the cylinders you may have some headache inducing problems.

Sort of on your 06 its the intercooler. And its removed from the front of the intake manifold.
