2009 FZR what part is this?

Found this on the bottom of my hull today and checked out the yamaha microfiche but can't seem to find it, anyone know which part is this? I'm thinking the previous owner dropped it and couldn't retreive it, maybe an air filter assembly part? Thx!

Does it have an aftermarket intake? It kind of looks like it could be a bracket made to bolt to the forward two holes where the stock air box mounts to for supporting an aftermarket intake. I just looked in my FZR and didn't see anything like that, unless it goes to the stock airbox, which is long gone.

The two bolts on the wide portion of the bracket are through-hull and secured with one flat washer, one fender washer and one locknut each. It's possible the two bolts are still in place, they secure the gray plastic trim on either side of the cowl. If the bolts are gone, they'd have had to have fallen outside the hull so don't waste your time searching the interior. Bolts, washers and locknut are non-magnetic. Probably easier to replace than find.

The remaining short bolt for the lord mount has one fender washer and one lock washer. Bolt and both washers can be picked up with a magnet.
