Question Need some help and suggestions

So we took the ski(2000 xp 951) out for the first time in 2 years and when we finished flushing it out and started the other ski on the double trailer the shaking knocked off the air box so weand we notice the clip is lose. So we need a suggestion on what to do to either keep that on better or a different filter setup all together.

I would also like to try to do some free or cheap mods so any suggestions would be appreciated. Also how to do them if you don't mind

First check the lower air box mount and gromet. Then get some dish soap and apply a light coat to the large brown o-rings on the carbs. Reinstall the air box. Start at the bottom mount and slide air box on and lock the clip.

I didn't know there was a bottom mount. Im pretty sure that the o rings are good as they were just replaced. I read the sticky and am wondering were can I get the prok filter?

I will check the stock on in a minute

there is susposed to be a lower bracket with a pin on it - it sits on top of the starter and is held in place by the starter motor bolts.. The lower grommet in the filter housing slips over that pin.. You can also get the clamp bracket - but that issue is nothing a little bending can not fix.. You can also go with an aftermarket setup like R&D or K&N.. You will have to rejet if you go with any aftermarket filter though..
