I would like to know what I am missing in this picture where the oil line hooks up? You can see in the pic that this oil line will not hookup the way it is. Something is missing and I need to know what. Also is this the way the fuel line is suppose to be or is something missing?Click image for larger version.

That hose with the filter connects to a fat hose at the bottom of the oil tank. Change out those grey fuel lines too.

Thanks Bryan. So both the gas line and the top of the oil box in the pics are just vent breathers? I also need to buy a stator, cdi, throttle lever, and multi function display for a polaris pro 1200.
So my trim is not working, but the bilge pump is. Is that a clue that either the stator or cdi is fried? Water was present in electrical box and the 250 fuse was blowed. Replaced the fuse obviously and still no fire. I bought a voltage tester and am going to try to do the hall effect test tomorrow to test the stator.

    Thanks, Aaron

I suppose this isn't stock part? It looks sort of like a jetworks flow valve. It isClick image for larger version.

It is a jet works valve and it is stock on the 2001 Pro 1200. Open it up and check to see if the insides are still in it. They were known to stick and the Polaris service bulletin for that issue had the dealer remove the insides of the valve. However, I found that mine runs much better with an operating valve, so it may be worth replacing it if you find the insides missing.

Bought new cdi and put it in and still no spark. I put on another mfd on that worked and it STAYED ON until I unplugged the battery. The guy that had the ski before me has already replaced the coil pack. So I now may have 2 working coil packs and 2 working cdi's? The battery got drained really quick. Also the trim still doesn't work.

Trim won't work without the engine running. with water in the ebox I'd say check/clean all connections. Did you do the stator tests?

Tried to attempt the stator test, but to be honest I really don't understand how it works.
