Looks like I goy a bad 07 RXP, I need some help.

I just got my first 4 stroke. 07 RXP. I didn't' check as much as I should have when I bought it, so this is my fault.... Well it has a blown supercharger, missing one ceramic washer completely and one needle bearing on the charger shaft. The engine runs and sounds great on the hose. I have pulled the engine out of the hull, I'm going to pull the covers and check the screens and rebuild the oil pumps while the engine is out of the boat. What else should I look for while I have the engine out?

Welcome to the Hulk. The entire oil system needs to be flush out. I would also inspect/replace the timing chain. Inspect the flywheel for any teeth damage on the SC drive. Also the 08 SC oilier is a good upgrade while the PTO cover is off.

OK so I have the engine torn down, I pulled both pumps and the oil cooler. I found all kinds of ceramic washer at the secondary pump. What is the best way to clean any other debris inside the engine? Does the lower half of the block need to be removed?

Yes I would certainly split the block halves and clean out all of the oil paths as said earlier. If you have a parts washer, you can use that. You can inspect for any other damage when the cases are apart. If you`ve gone this far, then you might as well make sure the rest of your motor is okay, it makes sense.

My mechanic uses spray brake cleaner to clean out the motor.
    Diesel will also work.

brake cleaner is better..as it evaporates...do be aware of ventilation/ignition hazards when using lots of it. Might be a good time to invest in an elcheapo parts washer..for $100 even if you never use it again it will help get every last bit of crap out of the motor.

Ok so with all that said, where should I start pumping the parts washer? What is the path the oil travels?

This should help with the 08 upgrade, just order the parts thru the online store for 08 or newer and you should be good to go.
