Looking for someone that could rebuild a 260x supercharger

Like topic states, I'm looking for someone that can rebuild my seized 260x S/C. Willing to ship the supercharger. My engine needs some help too, if anyone is local (32578 ) and willing to work it let me know.

    Thanks

Not generally since rebuild kit/parts are not available.
However, I've done a few and others have done as well using other bad s/c. It's like making one good s/c using 2 bad ones.

Can you tell us what is exactly wrong with your 260X s/c?

You may want to call some local Kawi dealers near you and see if they have any bad ones around.

Seems like the rotors are stuck everything else looks good, cant get it apart to see if it will just spin free after coming apart. There is a guy on ebay offering rebuild services for $500, wanted to see if anyone else is doing it on the forums before I go with him.

I have rebuilt one myself making one from two but its really not worth the time or money unless you can get everything for free as they usually don't last long.

The one that I rebuilt in 2008 is still in service. Yep, I got the bad s/c's for free!

In fact, I even rebuilt a 300X s/c but I haven't put in service yet.

Probably you (unknowingly) used some bad parts from bad s/c...
As you know rebuilding a s/c is way easier than a crank job.
