    trailer brake rebuild

Does anyone know what all is involved with electrical trailer brake rebuilding? I bought a trailer with inop brakes, and I'd like to get them going again. I've done thousands of vehicle hydraulic brake jobs over the years, but I do not know what I'm up against here.

I'd clean up the rust and lube them. Get a battery and power the actuator to test. The shoes look good.
