    Anyone used PWC Engine?

Have anyone have any problems with them?, I sent my gp1200 motor for warranty 2 month ago and I just get the run around. I was told i was to be shipped 3 weeks ago last week they told me it was being worked on, they are hard to get on the phone and forget about getting replied via emails.
Summer is almost gone and the ski still sitting in the garage with no motor.
Is 2 month normal? for a rebuilt?

That seems way too long. I have a SBT motor (yes I know) and sent it in for a warranty replacement this past spring and had one back in about 10 days.

lol, from this site i can tell sbt has mixed reviews. That aside, i imagine like it is for many shops right now the busiest time of year for them. Granted it sounds like you may have been placed on the back burner.

Just try to buy parts from riva right now, o the waiting. Still a ski in the garage sucks.

and that ladies and gents is why I am oh-so reluctant to try any of the other companies out there offereing an SBT like warranty. I'd start researching the application of warranty laws in your ststae and send a crefully drafted registred letter to the vendor with some new terms...

    Like..

if I don't get my motor back in two weeks I'm expecting a ( whatever the law says you are entitled too)
