How to remove internal intercooler on 215
Wondering if theres any tricks to doing this? I removed the one bolt with the round holder on the front, but it wont budge. Does it just pull out? Thanks. Also any reinstallation tricks?

Pay attention to the orientation of the clamp and where that bolt is. I needs to go back in the same spot. Dont flip the clamp around either. The cooler just pulls straight out, sometimes they do take a little force. Goodluck !!!!

mine was a pain to remove, used a combination of screw drivers to carefully lever it out.
Also be careful of the rubber seal for the far end, this can fall off in the manifold - grab it out if it happens.
Stock intercooler if going back in shouldn't need an sealant but if using a block off plate some right stuff or similar is a good idea.

Got it out was easier then I thought, and reinstalled.... crap I wonder if the other seal fell in the manifold! I just pulled it out almost all the way to check for blockage and put it back in.
