2006 RXT - Gas fumes in engine compartment after use - HELP!

Since taking my RXT out of winter storage, I have noticed that it smells of gas after I use it in the engine compartment when I remove the seats. I don't smell it with the seats on or during use. Even the couple of weeks in between use with the seats intact, once the seats are taken off it smells of gas. I've ran it out of the water with the seats off and see no visible fuel leaks and don't smell gas fumes while it's running. I don't see any gasoline anywhere along the lines or around the fuel tank. I'm not sure if this is just a venting issue or something else. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!

Well I checked the hose fitting on both ends. The clamps are secure and the lines are on all of the way. Any other specific things to access with the vent hose?

I'd check the gas filler hose connections and the other hoses associated with the tank.
