    R8 with oem injectors

A friend just got his ecu reflashed to r8 by r&d. However they sent him the wrong injectors. Would it be safe to use the oem stock injectors temporarily or would it affect the machine?

Nope. It probably won't even start. Get the right injectors.

Yea! Completely STUPID to run it with stock injectors on a tune setup for 725's. Lucky you didn't blow up a VERY expensive motor. You might have thought it ran fine, but pull a couple plugs, and I wouldn't be surprised if you have aluminum on them.
