Anyone ever remove a re-boarding ladder?

My re-boarding ladder on the RXT recently absorbed impact from a truck. It's bent to shit now, but the back hull appears intact. Is it possible to remove a ladder off a ski? Most threads I've seen on here deal with installing a ladder, not removing it.

3 bolts each side, should be off in 5 minutes.

I would be concerned with transom damage, stress cracks / fractures, damage to pump area, iBr gate. Inspect everything very closely!

+ 1 concentrate on the mounting area where it bolts on to the transom.

You can certainly have whatever is left of it...But it's pretty much destroyed.
