    Three things

    I need to add a restictor in the return line of my 94 750 SL. I plan on a solid brass plug. What size hole needs to be drilled in it and where would you put it in the return line?

    Fuel/water seperator.....keep or remove?

    I didn't add a clamp to the plugged fuel feed lines supplied by ziggy, am I asking for trouble?

    I would go with a 60 main jet for the restrictor. This is somewhere around a .020" opening... This chart will give you and idea on how drill size translates to Mikuni Jet Size...

    Could you claitfy what way the fuel is returning in that link? Is the restrictor, for lack of a better term, an inlet or an outlet in the flow of returning fuel?
