kawasaki 300x top speed problem
ive just been out and bought my self a 2011 300x ski, this is the first ive owned so i not sure what is good and what isnt!!
my ski has a STAGE 1 RIVA RACE KIT
Performance Power Filter Kit,
Speed Control Override Module,
Pro-Series Water Box,
Top-Loader Intake Grate,
Performance Ride Plate
ive been on the lake this weekend but this ski doesnt go any faster then 66mph, people say i might need to change the prop but ive been told it should be pushing 72mph+? with the mods it has!!!!! help plz...

what Aqua is saying is don't rely on that.....gps on flat to slight ripple over 1/4 mile with trim from anywhere from neutral to 1-2 up ....

Speed o meter on boats and jet skis are not very accurate.....GPS is the only way to get a true speed reading..........

ok thanks, how can i get a gps reading?? just pissing me off that a standard 300x ski was pulling away from me on top end

speedo doesnt read more than 67mph ever thats the max it reads if you want to know how fast you are going you need to use a GPS

Buy a Garmin Etrex........If a stock 300 is pulling you then you need to work on your riding ability and figure out the trim settings............

how do i know if the Speed Control Override Module is working correctly, and what rpm does the 300x do plz
