1999 polaris sltx-b x45.. can v-force valves be rebuilt for these?

of the 3 v-force reed valves, on of them has (2) cracked carbon fiber inner fins, the other 2 valves look perfect.

I would like to unscrew and replace the (2) reed valve flaps in the one worn out reed valve.

Either that or i'd like to replace the 1 valve and get (6) gaskets to reinstall all 3 valves.

I haven't seen any gasket kits , replacment gaskets or rebuild kits around. Nor have I seen any valves available individually.

    Anyone here have some insight.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Regards

In this case blue fish, you referred me to a 780 650 750 reed cages rather that soemthing for 900,1050 or 1200, so your screw up is a little more specific this time .

    J/K.

I ended up contacting moto massani for delta force II replacment carbon fiber reeds and (5) gaskets. I had one salvageable gasket left. I inspected the reeds from cyl 1 and 1 and they were find so i rebuilt the reed valve for cyl3 yesterday and it looks good.

Bryan, how is the x45 holding up? Min still stalls every now and then. i think its the exhaust manifold hose clamp flooign the engin compartment with exhaust, choking the fresh air. But that's just a guess.
