    Should I be worried?

Taking off my intercooler pipes I found some white powder on inside of pipes. Looks like bit of corrosion. Mind you this is a '12 rxpx with 16 hours in it.

    Is this a major concern?

I think I haven't been washing down the inside very well since the grab rail is usually in the way

was it powder or oil like?

I have seen a dealer lube the throttle body with a white spray oil.

Was powder, top of intercooler has a bit on it as well. Hasn't been for first service yet so dealer hasn't touched it

They use some white powdery stuff when mounting the IC on the rubber pad that is underneath it- i think so it can slide around a bit without moving the mounting pad out of position. Maybe they got a little sloppy when they did yours? maybe some of it fell inside the hose when you were taking it off?

Yea it was inside the while length of the hose pretty much. Doesn't seem to be that much in there
