    Sl750 head gasket question

I just check my piston wash. I put my gaskets back on but I dunno I'd there is a certain way they go on? Plus now my cylinders are getting hot. I dunno if I screwed something up.

The gaskets should have "UP" stamped on them and the little holes on the exhaust port side. This is how my SBT's were, not sure which gaskets you have.

Yes they must go on a certain way. The "sharks fin" tab sits under the cooling bar.

See the tab on the upper right of the gasket? That sits under the bar. And yes, if it's stamped "UP" that must be facing correctly too.

It's not a bad idea to coat reused gaskets with Copper Spray to ensure a good leak free seal...... http://www.amazon.com/Permatex-80697.../dp/B000HBNUDQ
