    2000 Yamaha XLL adjusting low speed T screw

    I have 2000 xll and I just rebuild engine, rejet carb,s , install T handle D plate, grate etc. The problem now is that I have no idea how to tune low speed T screw on carb's once you put engine inside hull, Help, please

    The best thing is to set them at 1 turn out when you redo the carbs and pray that the boat runs right. That setting is the most common one and works for most all of the 1200 PV engines it seems. As far as adjusting them while the exhaust is on, not sure you can access all of them.

    Stupid choke was stuck and the butterflies were closed. I realised that i didn't drill the hole on the exhaust mount for Hi speed T screw adjustment for carb#3 and when i removed the stinger i saw it. The jetski started right away, purring like cat. Saturday,tunning on the water.

    Ski run,s pretty good, 60 mph on dreamometer 7000 rpm settings :stock prop,stock rideplate R&D intake Riva F/A rejetted carb,s Should i look for some better results with this settings or else?
