My first fishing trip on a pwc

Finally got it all rigged up. Headed out at the crack of dawn. Went all the way across vermilion bay to sw pass. The first fish i caught on a pwc was a lil bitty red fish ( and then a few dozen more rat reds that arent legal.) and ended up coming home with my five red fish and 12 specks ranging from 13" up to 20". Wish i had someone on this end to fish with.. Would make it more fun!!

Are you gonna make the trip with us on the weekend of September 8th? Glad to see someone else who likes to fish passes. I like fishing timbalier island.

Looks like an awesome day on the water for you. WIsh I was closer, I'd love to get into the specs like that. Over here in Texas the days I've been able to go, the water's been muddy and the fish relocating to other spots I didn't find. LOL Congrats on a first ski day fishing. I hope all the rest are at least as productive.
