    2000 stx 1100 surge

My stx 1100 runs real sluggish. I grab the throttle after clearing the no wake area and it ran like crap. Took my son back to the dock and decided to try and go out again and it ran great for about 5 mins. Display dosen't work and the warning light isn't flashing.I have already changed the fuel filter and cleaned all the grounds for the ignition coils. I recently put new plugs in as well. I ran air through the vent lines that run through the computer. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Welcome aboard, corvetteajose!

Sounds like you may have fouled the plugs by idling too long in the no wake zone. Try cleaning them.

I have no earthly idea what 'vent lines that run through the computer' means.

Some older post state that you should check line that supplies water flow through the EMM. It's a cooling system for the computer. I will check the plugs again, but it did the same thing before I put these plugs in the jetski

Oh, you mean the stator. OK.

If the plugs aren't wet and fouled, do a compression test.

Did a compression check already.. 121 on all 3 cylinders.
