Polaris virage txi a lot of problem, please help

when I installed this one, worked two times well but the third one changed the turn to the right

Was the wire polarity changed?

I have never examined one of these closely but opposite battery voltage polarity might cause the motor to turn the wrong way.

Well, fortunately I could found out the reverse issues, the cables were wrong plugged into the motor...to bad from the vendor.
here is the plan if somebody else need it.
