    Throttle Sticking on 2012 RXP-X

After a short full throttle run, the throttle will do this strange behavior in which after letting off to come back down to idle, the RPMs will surge a couple of times between 2k-4k before settling back down into idle? Has anyone experienced this before? I've owned a 2008 RXP-X and a 2004 RXP and never have had this problem. I'm not sure if it is an issue with the drive by wire or possibly unburnt fuel causing it to surge. Ideas?

    Off-Throttle Assisted Steering System (O.T.A.S.)
O.T.A.S. monitors the rider's steering input as well as the operational speed and automatically increases engine speed to provide additional power when necessary. This advanced technology continuously monitors engine rpm to determine if the craft is being operated at a low or high speed. If running at idle speed, the system does not engage. If the speed is higher, the system will be functional.

    I don't like it...
