    conversion alignment ??????

    I have a conversion and had to do a motor rebuild , well the motor mounts got all wacked out on the reinstall I have it bolted in But its Not like it was
    DO we have to align these with a tool or Eye ball them or what help !!!!

    What engine? What pump? What Midwall Setup?

    Ok, well I have Seadoo pump and I used the Seadoo Engine Alignment tool to do mine. Just ran the alignment shaft through the midwall and aligned engine as normal and then dropped the bearing carrier back in. Can you do something like that with the Yammy pump.

    DAm looks like im goiing to have to because its binding right now wont even turn over this sucks

    Looks like you need to, atleast from that picture it looks like the mid-wall is cocked.

    something is FDD the mounts are loose and it will barely crank over with the plugs out , iv tried shoving it around etc i can barely move it of course it all put together now and by hand i can barely turn motor over with vice grips on shaft with no plugs in Im baffled I need a Gun to shoot it

    Sounds like u need to unmount the motor and slide it off the intermediate shaft. Then see if you can turn it. Should turn freely with no plugs in. Vice grips should not be used.

    I wouldnt do it any other way but with a seadoo alignment tool. You would also need a doo pump adapter to do it. Any chance of anyone local to you having either of the 2?

    It turns freely with no shaft I cranked it on the bench , I dont know anyone with the 2 tools Im in MD
