The 200 hr supercharger rebuild kits. Washers have a 1mm forming mark on the rim??

Has anyone else noted the forming/cutting mark on one edge of the new washers? Do you guys just install them 'as is' or has anyone ground off the little ~1mm point off the rim of the washers (Not the face).
I was just thinking for something that spins over 40,000 rpm, wouldn't this cause some imbalance?

Also, I'm rebuilding a charger without being able to dis-assemble the original, so I have nothing to go off... And my memory is a bit rusty from 2 years ago!

Is the thrust washer (on the inner bearing closest to the 16 tooth gear assembly) the thicker of the 2 shaft washers? The other washer is about 1/2 its width and the other option for that washer is on the face of the impeller... I vaguely remember the thinner one being for the impeller and the thicker one for the thrust bearing... Is this correct?
Its hard to see the difference in the parts layout...

    Thanks

the thicker one goes under the impellor nut and the thin one goes between the bearings/spacer sleeve
