Wiring help please, got 4 connectors unsure of 2005 rxt harness

Im wiring up the gprxp and got a few questions on connections. They may or may not be used at all ( like Im not using a vts on this ski)

    Connector #1
This sensor is under the throttle body. The only wire that I've seen plug into it has a white paper tag with numbers 842 on it. I plugged it in and it fit, but didn't look "right" I was expecting a something different?

2 general questions. 1 I ran ground wire to mpem mount ( under where starter solonoid mounts) will this hurt anything? Its going to metal bracket And 2, Can I fire it up without intercooler hooked up? I do not have waterhoses ran yet ( tomorrows project) or external intercooler ( the intake already is blocked off) but would like to hear it come to life and run 5 seconds to know everything is working so far.

#1 if its a long wire it goes to the waterbox.
#2 looks like you MAP its in the middle of the intake under the ECU
#3 looks like your speedo/lake temp
#4 Looks like its for the handle bar harness.
Your grounds should go the the engine block I use the lifting lug bolts.

You are correct 1 is a long wire and reaches the waterbox
2 was the throttle postition wire
    3 correct again , speedo/lake temp ( i guess I will do without?)
4 handle bar harness was plugged in, I think this is communication port? 6 terminals

More questions ( and your help is greatly appreciated)
1 ) What is that light blue sensor right below the throttle body called that i had that wire plugged into ? trying to find it on schematic

2 , Where is the T.O.P.S sensor located?

Yes the comm is six pin.
Thats the CHT or engine temp.
The TOPS switch is located on the side of the MPEM bracket. The TOPS valve is on the front of the engine just below the oil fill 2002-2005 only.

when you add oil have the key on engine off. That opens the tops valve and allows the air in the motor to vent out as you add oil.
