Losing boost at ~ 18hrs - any thoughts?

I just noticed today that my speed and torque have dropped off. I took it out in the meadow for some speed runs and noticed that I am only getting 10-12 # of boost and there is a very subtle 'miss' in the motor at WOT. I'm not sure if these are related or not but am curious if anyone has had these issues and things to check/replace as necessary...thanks!

isnt a meadow a grassed paddock? lol you may have a boost leak check all inlet hose clamps from the s/c, guessing its a 300 with that boost.

Oil was ~ 1 qt high (although within bands) from 10 hr service, Milky liquid in intercooler, cleaned with gasoline. Back in business!
