How to break your hood jumping waves video
So I found out the hood deflectors on the s3 skis don't handle jumping waves that well.

That was it and it broke off. Did you fined it or did it sink? Maybe silicone it on next time for the new one. It works for intake grate very well.

Hitting a wave too late sucks! Last time I did that hugging the shore and it dropped me on the beach. Not fun times

Luckily, I didn't hit my head. I lost the hood deflector. I saw it a few seconds after but as I went to gab it another wave came barreling down. I love jumping waves but I keep breaking stuff. My rxt215 held up well and I jumped that thing like a maniac.
I ordered a black hood deflector instead of yellow. I think it looks pretty good.

That sucks about you hood. I had a similar incident on my rxp with I was going the waves and instead of my ski going over the wave it went through it. And ripped of the top glove box lid on mine then smoked me in the face
