    06 gp1300 overheating need help

So my gp1300 is overheating. Well the warning comes on. It will come on after riding a while and then ill stop for a min then ride again and anywhere between 5 to 20 mins it will come on again. I put a dplate and freeflow on it and the sensor chip. Ever since I got the ski it never shot water out the back it only just flows out not the yamaha streem its like a waterhose and goese up about 3 inches at speed. Last week i pulled a few cooling lines off and and blew just the hoses out and it didnt fix anythign what else should i try?

the front right line is the highest point on the exhaust. you need to check it while in the water at speeds. i don't think you need to run a chip on the 06. i have 07 and i'm not running nothing , when it shows overheating , witch one its? there is two warnings on the display. engine temp and cat/con temp. take the chip off and try again.

the problem is the chip the chip does not work on 05 and up, You need to go to radio shack and buy a 2.2 ohm resistor and install in line.
