    97 gp760 compression??

it has 150 hours and has run super, super strong. About a week ago it sucked some gay sea grapes or whatever those things are into the grate, we shut it down immediately, cleared the grate and it ran rough the rest of the day. We took it home, ran well to flush the ski out, washed it put it back into the garage. 2 days later it wouldnt start, it cranks fine and tries to turn over but will not stay running. compression test revealed 115 rear 30 front!!!!!. Am i looking at a blown cylinder or a headgasket issue?...i may tear the head off tonight and take a look at the cylinder/piston.
