anybody ever had this problem with the turbotech fuel rail

a few weeks ago my engine died during aa cc race. when i took the seat off there was a nasty smell of fuel so i desided to put the key on de dess post to see where the fuel was leaking and it came out of the hole where the injector sit in the fuel rail. i saw that the o-ring was pushed down over the injector and didn't seal the gap anymore. i changed all the o-rings of my injectors and thought that was good. today when i'm riding it happened again.

has anybody had this problem with the turbotech fuel rail???????

    thanks

Looks like you need to lower the fuel rail to engage the injector more,

When I installed my turbotech rail I noticed the o rings were visible.
I machined about 2mm off the rail where the bracket attaches to lower the rail. The o rings sit up inside the rail and are not visible at all.

Yep. That groove you can see on the injector should almost be level with the bottom of the rail.

yes the bracket is weak. did the same thing bend the bracket and leak went away. also the holes on the rail are not completely centered with the injectors so some injectors inject on an angle. i am using a danny rail now.

For what this rail costs.... I was quite disappointed with it's quality. Mine also sat to high on the injectors, and I wasn't going to trust those shitty little mounting brackets that it came with I welded on some 3/16" aluminum mounting tabs, then had the rail powdercoated.
