    Boring jugs

Can the cylinders be bored on a 94 750 SL or do they have to be sleeved?

Where is a good place to purchase a repair manual?

Yes, they can be bored. Off hand I know that Watcon will do them pretty reasonably @ only $65 per hole.

You can usually find manuals on Ebay pretty cheap, or I think there is a link to a pdf version somewhere on the boards/knowledge base

Check out this link - It has a ton of information that will get you going.... http://polarispwcknowledge.shorturl.com/

The cylinder can be bored depending on how much of the existing sleeve is left - how many times it has already been bored vs. how much damage you have.

SBT offers a cylinder exchange program that seems to have been fairly successful, with some recent ring gap issues.....
