    Tips for transducer location

Can anybody give me some pics of where they mounted there transducer on there FX. I have a 2012 an would like to put a depth finder on it. Just want to make sure it's done right. I have searched the forum but didn't find anything for the 2012 models Thanks for your help

I'll have to take a picture but I just mounted mine with silicone to the bottom just in case my location didn't work.... but it seems fine. I'll get a pic this evening.

Thanks I'm hoping to buy the hawkeye depth finder that just reads out the depth. If u can give me a pic of where you mounted it. That would be awesome I definitely would like to see everybody's ideas so I can figure out how I should set mine up

I have read many issues with the display box getting wet and not working. What did you experience? Thanks
