    using stake while beaching or what ever.

    I was at Walmart and noticed these wonder if it work. at beaching I know sand.isn't.much resistance but a foot into wet sand would.it hold? just an.idea.

    I would use the top one.... Homedepot has ones that are probably about twice the size though (but hard to tell in the picture)

    the top holds about 70-75 the green 100-125... ill look at the depot. for bigger and get cable/ rope

    if you screw the top one all the way in it will hold as much as the green one will Also I would not buy cable it its going to be on the beach...

    I use the metal yard stake that you screw into the ground and it has worked well for me. If you don't rinse it off and spray it down with silicone after use, it does start to get a bit of surface rust on it. michael

    Try to find a stainless one,or try painting it,if it gets rusty and you throw it in the storage area the rust will stain the plastic and won't wash off

    I will spray it.silicone every time.and use marine rope. with.a floater or two

    Honestly I have never needed an anchor on sand. I was back at home depot today, you should buy an umbrella anchor! Plastic and super beefy! Like: http://beachstuf.com/images/beachAnchor_01.jpg

    Use the dog screw with 15-20 ft piece of bungee cord and a caribener clip.....
