    Plugged up line or passageway.

Does it not flow when on the hose or when on the water ?

Ive added one but One of mine doesnt flow if I am not on the throttle. I usually blip the throttle to make sure it is not clogged if I notice it while idling

I would be worried. Something must be clogged up. I would find out where it is connected and try to blow it out first. When I first got mine, it was clogged up with some type of bug larvae. I always check it when its running on the hose or in the water so that I know the motor is not over heating.

Something could be caught inside the head passageway just before the hose barb. I doubt something could make it into the pipe but I guess alot of small things could collect to block the flow. Just trace the hose back and eliminate possibilities as you go.

had that happen on mine quite a few times when it was sitting outside. Took some trim line from a weed eater and stuck it in there. Cleared the obstruction and water started to flow.

I have that happen to a lot of skis all summer. Take it off from the inside and blow about 125 psi air through it. I bet you see grass and little dead bugs in there.........the wasps do it. I have seen them working before. They lay eggs in it, then pack it full for the little baby grubs.
