sl750 no start after triple outlet install

Just installed the triple outlet pump. the output lines of the pump are all going to the aft side plugs of the lower fuel rail. the fore side brass plugs on the lower rail have been capped off, I ran the short sections between the nipples on the upper fuel rail.

It started before I did this.. It's getting spark. And fuel at least on the #3 cylinder (aft)

    Did I do something wrong?

Try dumping some premix down the carbs to get the engine fired. That may help prime the system.

Yes - After re-plumbing the system, you likely need to get the lines and carbs themselves primed and full of fuel. Getting the motor to fire with premix down the carbs will help draw fuel through the system. Make sure all your hose connections are tight and leak free, and your fuel select switch is in the on position....

I've used a priming bulb (like on a weed eater) in the main fuel line from the tank. I did try to dump some pre mix down the velocity stacks to no avail.
It won't even start with starting fluid. I'm not sure what the issue is. I haven't messed with anything electric, and I'm getting spark - albeit not the strongest spark.

I replaced the fuel pump, fuel select valve, and the fuel float.

Spark plugs are bpr7es gapped to .028.

Get that primer bulb out of there. Its not necessary. It could mess with fuel flow. These engines, when running properly start rather easily.

If it won't fire with gas down the carbs, you have other problems. Are you sure its not flooded??

When I was just trying to start it on its own(ie, no fuel down velocity stacks), only the PTO spark plug was wet, and it was drenched. Leading me to believe I plumbed it wrong.but it doesn't appear so looking at a schematic.

    Pulse line good and tight?
    All connections good and tight?
Is the restrictor in the return line?
Did you use clear gas line? If so, Can you see the gas getting to the carbs?

Yes, i can see fuel getting to the carbs. did the kit come with the restrictor from watcon and i missed it? Or is it OEM?
All connections are tight. Pulse line is tight and i can see fuel flow in the lines.
