Timing Chain Help
I am trying replace my timing chain on my 2006 RXP. I have removed the engine and split the crank. Do I need to remove the flywheel. It is unclear from the manual.
Any help is appreciated.

U can rotate crank to get rear piston on TDC in order to get more travel. I've done it so i know its possible.

Thanks for the help. The chain is on. Next question, I had to remove the balance shaft. Is there a position the cylinders need to be in to put the balance shaft back on. The mark line on the gear is hidden by the flywheel.

The oil pump drive slot will be straight horizontal with crank pin locked in or rear piston at TDC.
