I don't know if thats a 'leak',
Only way to test if there is a leak of water into the air side is by doing a pressure test. (ideally with a liquid, but an air test is just as good)
If it passes that @ say 30 psi without any leak down in pressure, its not leaking.
There will always be some condensation inside.
P.S. You should see how much salty/oil poo is in mine.

Thanks guys for the replies. I will be getting the Riva IC anyway just wanted to show you guys. I have had a fizzle air filter on so no water would be getting through that.
Chris you should clean yours out haha!! and there s no point doing a pressure test, i know its gone anyway.

I had the valve cover off yesteday and chaged the valves over to supertech (Thanks Chris) and i saw no rust, or on the spark plugs either, so i must of caught it just as the intercooler started to develop a leak.

The Riva one looks like it has a bigger core, and that it would run better. But does the fizzle Kit plug straight in? http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=2046 ????? this one? its only $30 cheaper for that money i think its better going for the riva one. bigger core. Unless someone proves that the fizzle is the better option? and also the fizzle looks to have the same core diameter to the stock one. Does this matter or can it withhold more water pressure?
