How to get rid of stock trim ?

I installed my RIVA bars and it appears that there is no space for my stock trim system. How can I eliminate the stock trim and leave the nozzle fixed in one angle. Right now if I just leave it, it will just dangle in all directions.

it does fit.. but, if you want to eliminate it youll just have to remove the trim cable and install a regular grip and plug the hole on the transom and make a bracket from the steering nozzle to one of the upper bolts that hold the pump nozzle, so the steering nozzle can stay fixed.

Thanks alot. I got the trim to fit by grinding down the handle but now there is no space for my start and stop button. Plus I noticed alot of the racers don't even use their trim.
