Never ridden a seadoo sc engine anything before today and have a few questions

Took first shakedown today and rode about 11 miles. Couple questions for you guys familiar with seadoos.
1 When you are cruising , is it normal to feel a little buzz or vibration? My GPR does it and I assume thats normal for 3 cylinder? Its not excessive, but can feel it.

2 My afr at idle is rich 10.8 and wide open 12.5 with xcharger and 42s. Im going to install a cmd to clean up low rpms, should I also add fuel to top ?

3 The plugs have started and idled several times on hose without before ever going into the water. I was doing a few blasts from dead stop and fouled a plug/ picked up skip. Is that reasonable considering my idle afr? Guess what Im asking is it reasonable to think cleaning up idle afr and new plugs and will be good to go?

Here is a pic of my plugs and o2 sensor #2 is one I think fouled?

Yes 12.5 WOT is too lean. It must idle like it has a cam in it with that rich of a AFR for idle. Shoot for around 13-13.5 idle

depend on the fuel.... but pump fuel @ 12.5 could destroy your motor and 11.5 is much safer
I run 12.5 and it is in the safe zone for my fuel

It does have a cam in it. Ok, NO more wot pulls until get the CMD installed . Is it to run it with midrange around 13? I really want to get some hours on it and get comfortable as it scares the crap out of me everytime I pull the throttle. I really only have to idle about 300 ft out and back into dock when return.

Is the little buzz/ vibration normal for seadoo engine or do I need to start checking things?

With pump gas, my targets afr should be ? 13.5 idle 12.5 below 6500 and 11.5 above ? ( Im just guessing from what I've read)

The "buzz" is not normal for the 4 tec engine but most likely has something to do with the conversion.

I think the "Buzz" was him making engine noises in his head.. (Vroom Vroom Vroom) He can still hear it...
