Jim; you had better go back over your figures because most of them are totally off the mark. Size, CC's, and stroke are not accurate.

You have some of the numbers assigned to the wrong ski.

Comparing the Ultra 250x to the RXP or any of the three seater Sea-doo's with the superchargers.

    .................Ultra 250x...................... Sea-doo
    Size............133x47x45......................130 .3x48x47.2
    Weight.........904...............................8 15
    HP...............250.............................. .215
    CC...............1494............................. 1498
    Bore&Stroke...83x69.2.........................100x 69.2
    Compress......7.8:1..............................8 .4:1
    Thrust...........1526............................. They will not tell?
    Fuel Cap.........20.6.............................15.9
    Sorage...........60 gallon.......................33 gallon

The SeaDoo is 2.7 shorter, but is is 1 wider and 2.2 higher.
    250x is 89 pound heavier.
Sea-doo with the key measurement HP to pound is better then the 250. The sea-doo is 3.79 250x is 3.61
It is known the 250 has a better thrust.
Redline is 8900 with the 250x which is better.
250 has more storage and more fuel capacity.

But look at this information and comparing them, I would say they are both whales, if the 250 is a whale.

But I would have to say there is not enough difference between the Hp to weight to make a difference, but the other thing is getting the HP to the water and 250x has the better thrust and would win the Hp to water contest in my mind.

The only down side I am see with the 250 is the delay in RPM at throttle release and that it is new to the merket and has not been full tested by the public yet! But Kawasaki does do a better testing before a unit enters the market and they are better at listen to the wants and needs of the rider then Ski-Doo.

I am still leaning in the direction of the 250x over the RXT. The only thing I wish is that Kawasaki would have a ski pylon for the 250x like sea-doo has on the wake. I but the Seadoo pylon on my GTX and it work great! Sea-Doo states it would not work, but it bolted right up!

The actual length of the RXT is 130.3" don't make it appear smaller than it actually is
