Any feedback on torx racing ecu's compared to others?
I am trying to decide what I should do about modding my 2012 rxt-x. I never modded my other skis in the past but I would like to do some basic upgrades to my ski. I just ordered a solas 15/20r and the riva scom. I know that the scom has minimal benefits but I think that is my best bet for the price and modifications I will be doing for a while. I cant see spending almost $1,000 on ecu tuning if im only doing bolt on modifications like intake, exhaust and prop. I also have a 5 year warranty that I do not want to void. I have a good relationship with my sea-doo shop but I dont want to really test the limit.
I found on ebay a torx racing ecu and I checked out the site. They offer ecu tunes for $500. Could anyone tell me how these torx ecus compare to the riva athena/ v-tech and other companies? I just want something that is reliable, that isnt so expensive and doesn't void my warranty. I've done a lot of reading and searching but havent come across much for torx racing.

Good luck finding anyoine here that will have anything bad to say about a V tech!!!! I dont have one nor will I have one....I am working on another ECU for my new PX but wont have it done till the off season as I dont have the spendable income right now....I have one ECU coming in the next few weeks for testing and will know for sure if I am going to run it or go with MoTeC.....And sorry, but I am not thrilled with Brand "R" and their over priced stuff

Subscribed for feedback. I am very interested in real world results for the Torx Racing ECU tune.

As mentioned not to many people here will speak out about it as its not a supported product here but my buddy is running one on a rxp and loves it. When work gives me some time off I am going to try compare to a riva ecu all though my guess would be it has the same settings as the riva
