f12 non turbo misfire at idle
So I just bought a f12 for 2500 bucks with 152 hours on it. It is a 2003, and at idle it mis fires... No codes or anything poping up on the dash, and as soon as i accelerate it no longer misfires. So it runs its ass off WOT, but at idle is def mis firing. Otherwise the ski is in excellent shape and doesnt have any signs of corrosion. I topped out today at about 46 MPH though. granted it was 3-5 foot seas in the bay thanks to hurricane isaac. The gas thats sitting in the ski is about 2 months old so I added some seafoam and b12 chemtool to it and 8 gallons of 93 octane to fill it up. After running it a while the idle is a little better, but still sounds like a subaru at idle (boxer motor rumble). How often are the plugs supposed to be changed?

I've got the same issue with one of my Honda F-12's. It sat for a couple of months but I've ran a tank full of fresh 91 octane thru it and it's still doing the same thing...idle set up to 1500 and it will eventually die while idling. Runs fine while on the gas. I ordered new spark plugs. Anyone else had this?

New spark plugs and it's running like new again.

Spark Plugs are a big deal to the aquatrax they will cause alot of problems if not change. you should change them every year or 30 hrs whatever comes first. I sell IMR9D-9H for $13 or a Maintenance kit with oil filter, air filter, and 4 spark plugs for $69 or with a oil extractor for $109
Call Brian with all you aquatrax needs 813 786 4418

I guess I should keep plugs, a relay, and an exhaust manifold as my spare kit for the Aquatrax.

Relay and exhaust manifold? Is there a thread on that somewhere?
