Yesterday while riding my spark plugs fouled out of no where. The motor was recently rebuilt (new bearings, clips, gasket etc.). The first tank of fuel the slo ran flawlessly. Yesterday with the second tank of fuel the plugs fouled. Plugs from cylinders 1 and 2 are pretty bad and 3 had no problems. I swapped the plugs out and the ski did it again 30 minutes later. Since the rebuild I have been using yamalube 2w 40:1. I will be switching back to amsoil interceptor the next tank

Lastly, my efi controller settings are 6976.

    Any ideas? Thank u

How does it run? is it gurgling like crazy? Also what year 1300 is it because the older ones will run different efi settings and your low end circuit seems way too high. Also what else does it have for mods

The ski ran fine and then just lost power and gurgled, but idle ok. So i knew the plugs were fouled.

Its an 07' WC porting, VFIII's, key, high comp head, jet works etc.

I read up ob plugs last night and it appears the plugs fouled because of too much oil.

Mike I have a similar set up as you...I was running higher Riva controller #s like 10-9-8-9 after porting but ski idled rougher and had a delay throttle response...Kevin said to experiment to find what feels right...not what brings top speed #s....I went back to 5-6-1-6 what I had before porting...throttle response now seems much better all around ....was just way to fuel/oil rich at least for me...
