i'm a new owner to a used Honda F-12 and jet skiing in general. Have had lots of fun this summer on the ski doing mostly fresh water skiing in the Muskoka's in Ontario. Spent a little time on lake Huron and lake Erie and have found the Honda to be a little rough in the chop...but most of my riding is on smaller flat lakes so i'm not too concerned. it has 149 hours on it and runs great.

i am looking into possibly buying another ski for the family but want something different and definitely a little newer...initially leaning towards yamaha but am looking for some relative comparisions on the following questions for both the yamaha and other brands - kawasaki, sea-doo. i really havn't rode many skis with exception of my buddy's 09 sea-doo. please be specific to make/model and year and i understand handling can differ between hulls etc.. appreciate there is lots of debate between mfg's but hoping we can cut through any "bashing" and stick to general facts. thanks in advance.
