Careful with that spray protectant !
Most guys use some type of spray on corrosion protectant in the engine compartment, especially those who ride in salt water. This will probably create a problem when used on an Ultra 250. If the protectant gets on the SC belt it may cause the belt to slip. I would use caution and cover the belt and be very careful where the spray and over spray goes.

I haen't seen how much of the belt is covered, but that protectant spray can find it's way into practically anything. Is the rear of the belt covered or just the front to keep hamster fingers out?

The rear of the belt is covered along with the top of the blower and idler pullies and topand side of the coupler pully.
