    loud clanking noise

    Hello,
My 2000 ultra 150 making a lot of noise. It doesn't even want to start there is some type of binding going on. I recently found out that if I pull the pump and drive shaft back the noise completely goes away and it starts right up. The bearings in the pump were just redone by skiworxs. The impeller spins easy and doesn't rub.The noise sounds like something is rattling around the drive shaft. Anyone have any ideas or have this happen to them?

Have you checked the drive shaft through hull bearing?
